Contract Period: 3 months Compensation: $20.00 per hour What you’ll do as a Order Management Specialist: Navigate and manage orders in EVA POS, including making adjustments and canceling order lines as needed Update and correct replenishment order quantities in M3 Order Management System, including fixing incorrect quantities from the B2B tool Process adjustments for duplicate invoices and apply necessary order updates Create and manage cases in Salesforce, send email communications, and document all actions taken Send clear, professional communications via Outlook Maintain consistent availability during scheduled hours and adapt to evolving priorities and tasks What you’ll bring to the Order Management Specialist role: Experience working in data entry or order management Proficiency in Salesforce for case creation, communication, and documentation Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional emails Attention to detail and accuracy when managing orders, invoices, and updates Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities and processes Reliability and commitment to maintaining consistent work hours As an equal opportunity employer, Dahl Consulting welcomes candidates of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
