KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
- The main function of this role is supporting customer and company requirements for order and/or account management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support Team co-workers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Management processing for accounts and related account procedures.
- Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
- Chargeback processing
- Return processing
- Informing order status and support inquires for direct Account Customers
- Process improvements/efficiencies
- Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios
- Ad Hoc Reporting

Summary:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
