KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • The main function of this role is supporting customer and company requirements for order and/or account management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support Team co-workers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order Management processing for accounts and related account procedures.
  • Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
  • Chargeback processing
  • Return processing
  • Informing order status and support inquires for direct Account Customers
  • Process improvements/efficiencies
  • Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios
  • Ad Hoc Reporting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
  • 2-4 years experience required.
