Order Management Coordinator -- Adrian, MIInterviews occurring next week!Success as an OM Support teammate is being able to achieve the following expectations:Support ERP transition, from an Order Management perspectiveResponsible for supporting, facilitating, and updating new ERP System(s) with data from current ERP System(s.)Responsible for validating and entering data, including but not limited to; PO's from FMC, PO Creation (Excel), product structures, qty's, Cost, Price, and Labor.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Data MigrationSupport the organization's transition to the new Oracle ERP system specifically from an Order Management process perspectiveFacilitate and execute migration of data from the current ERP to Oracle, ensuring accuracy and completenessValidate, translate, and enter key data sets including: Purchase Orders (including PO's received from FMC)PO creation via Excel templatesProduct structures and configurationsQuantities, costing, pricing, labor inputs, and related operational dataIdentify data inconsistencies and proactively resolve or escalate issues to ensure clean records before system go?live.Order Management OperationsAssist with order entry tasks as needed to maintain business continuity during the transition.Maintain high accuracy while entering, auditing, and updating order?related data in both legacy and new ERP environments.Ensure alignment of order flows, product data, and documentation between functional teams and ERP project groups.Problem?Solving & Cross?Functional SupportCollaborate closely with cross?functional teamsincluding Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and ITto troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure process alignment.Serve as a hands-on resource for identifying process gaps during the transition and propose practical solutions.Effectively challenge assumptions, ask clarifying questions, and support continuous process improvement.Key Behaviors & Core CompetenciesExceptional attention to detail; meticulous and process-focused in all tasks.Self?directed and independent, able to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic project environment.Critical thinker with a strong ability to analyze problems and identify root?cause solutions.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.Efficient multi?tasker; able to handle simultaneous data entry, validation, and issue resolution.Hands?on, practical approach toward system and process challenges.
