The organization is committed to operational excellence and leveraging technology to enhance supply chain efficiency.Job DescriptionOrder ManagementManage the full order lifecycle: PO receipt, order entry, allocation, shipment, invoicing, and post-shipment supportReview and validate customer purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, SKUs, quantities, ship dates, compliance)Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and the 3PL to ensure timely fulfillmentMonitor open orders, backorders, and shortages; proactively communicate risks and delaysMaintain clean, accurate order data in ERP and order management systemsEDI & Retail ComplianceOwn all EDI transactions including: 850 (PO), 855 (PO Acknowledgement), 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), 846 (Inventory), etc.Monitor EDI dashboards for errors and failures and resolve issues quicklyEnsure compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling, packing, and ASN requirementsPartner with 3PL and EDI provider to troubleshoot and prevent chargebacks and violationsProactively audit EDI accuracy and order flow to reduce fines and deductionsRetailer & 3PL CoordinationAct as day-to-day contact for order-related issues with key retail partnersWork closely with 3PL/warehouse to: Prioritize shipmentsConfirm allocations and ship windowsResolve shortages, mispicks, and inventory discrepanciesSupport chargeback and deduction research and disputesReporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack and report on: Fill ratesOn-time shippingEDI error ratesChargebacks and compliance metricsIdentify root causes of order and EDI issues and drive process improvementsHelp document and improve SOPs for order management and EDI workflowsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
