JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join our client's team as an Organizational Change ConsultantManager, where your expertise will be pivotal in guiding their organization through strategic change initiatives.
Be a part of shaping the future with a focus on the Awareness, Desire, Ability, and Reinforcement stages of change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CTO Transformation Team to develop documents and communication strategies, identifying and addressing gaps in the awareness and desire stages.
  • Contribute to the creation of comprehensive training packages supporting the roll-out of new standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop dashboards to track metrics and provide program-level status updates.
  • Activities in the Ability and Reinforcement Stage:
  • Utilize a strategic planning approach to proactively address anticipated or realized gaps in the ongoing adoption of new processes, emphasizing continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement metrics as part of the OCM planning, leveraging data to develop targeted reinforcement steps.
  • Use impact information to focus reinforcement activities and anticipate areas of resistance, recommending strategies to facilitate progress.

Work Experience required:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing and executing organizational change management plans.
  • Senior expertise in applying a formal change management process, recognizing change stages, and providing advance suggestions for progression.
  • 3+ years of experience as a communications specialist or technical writer.
  • Preferred
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Process.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT environment with familiarity in IT Service Management (ITSM) and SDLC management, including ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
