Job Description:
- This role will support the OCM Director in driving successful organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- You will be part of the Strategy and Excellence Team, and will collaborate closely with various Supply Chain teams, to ensure effective change implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and executing change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of organizational changes.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks and resistance to change.
- Create and deliver effective communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Monitor and measure change progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in change management or related roles.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Change management certification.
