Job Description

The Organizational Governance Manager will be responsible for research, analysis and coordination of environmental, social and governance (ESG) program efforts. The Organizational Governance Manager will help develop and execute strategies to achieve Elbit Americas goals and coordinate external consultants to achieve ESG objectives.

The Organizational Governance Manager will identify opportunities to improve ESG performance vis--vis frameworks and ratings systems; stay current on ESG-related trends, issues and strategies; participate on cross-functional and division teams to set ESG goals and develop strategies to execute against them; analyze, interpret and communicate data; develop ESG awareness, education and training efforts; support leadership in communicating ESG strategy and performance, and incorporating ESG into culture and business strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will be required to carry out any and all duties necessary for the needs of the organization.

  1. Strategy - Participate in the development of the companys ESG strategy and implements the strategy
  2. Sustainability/Impact - Lead or support qualitative landscape/benchmarking studies on corporate sustainability programs, goals, disclosures, performance, and rankings among companies, with corresponding data collection and analysis for client sustainability reporting, industry research, and data management needs.
  3. Training - Support industrywide collaborative initiatives through project management, technical advisory, and coordinating functions and engagement for meetings, calls, workshops, trainings, presentations, and events.
  4. Policies and Procedures - Create guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related program content, to align with best practice and frameworks, and enable stakeholders to carry out and enhance programs.
  5. Monitor trends and regulatory requirements in corporate ESG reporting. Provide inputs as necessary to supplement Elbit Systems Ltd. (ESL) ESG public-facing reports.
  6. Develop and maintain tools and mechanisms to evaluate, track and report on progress against company ESG goals.

Authorities:

  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Provide coaching and training to the organization
  • Collaborate with internal ESA/ESL organizations to identify solutions

Qualifications:
Qualifications

** Certifications/Licenses:**

Preferred: CCEP, CCEPI

  • Ability to travel as required
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts and regulatory requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Problem solving, analytical, and process improvement skills / experience
  • Knowledge of:
    • Third party reporting systems
    • ITAR/EAR
    • Data Analytics
    • Bachelor's degree required
