Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, self starter to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale, cross-functional program. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
  • Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones.
  • Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
  • Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
  • Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • System implementations.
    • PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).
    • Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis).
    • JIRA (task and defect management).
    • Concise presentations.
    • Entry/exit ORT criteria.
    • Milestone-based deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
