Requirements

• Strong phone and verbal communications skills and actively listening to provide solutions.
• Goal oriented customer service representative.
• Seize opportunities to up sell and book service calls.
• Manage incoming and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Work well on a team
• Keep records of conversation in our data base.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively .

Benefits

• Compensation: $22-$26/hr.
