This role focuses on outbound sales outreach, lead generation, and early-stage sales conversations. You’ll help build simple sales processes from the ground up, qualify prospects, and support pipeline growth in a fast-moving environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributorsConduct outbound outreach via email and other approved channelsInitiate and handle early-stage sales conversations and basic qualificationTrack leads, outreach, and follow-ups using spreadsheets or simple CRM toolsMaintain accurate records of prospects and interactionsShare prospect feedback and insights to improve outreach messaging and targetingHelp establish basic sales workflows and documentation for tracking and follow-upsRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsAt least 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or outbound roleComfortable with outbound sales and starting conversationsHighly creative, resourceful, and comfortable working without existing systemsAvailable to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google WorkspaceWhy You’ll Love Working Here: Competitive CompensationWe offer a monthly salary starting at PHP 50,000 - 65,000, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
