JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Outbound Shipping Coordinator.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any shipping-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maintain accuracy in records
Work closely with shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient processes
Resolve any shipping-related issues promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and reduce operational costs

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
