Common Meadows Creamery, a vibrant gelato company based in Brooklyn, NY, is looking for a Seasonal Outdoor Market Team Member to join our dynamic team.

Position: Seasonal Outdoor Market Team Member Location: Smorgasburg Market - Williamsburg (Sat) and Prospect Park (Sun), Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $18/hr + tips (estimated $50-$150/day) Season: April - October

Responsibilities:

• Set up and dismantle gelato stands at markets.
• Load/unload the van at Industry City.
• Assist in gelato preparation and serving.
• Engage with customers and maintain a vibrant stand.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability for market setup and stand maintenance.
• Weekend availability.
• Food Handlers Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or food service experience.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor events.
