Elevate your career in one of the planet's most breathtaking mountain destinations - Jackson, Wyoming. We’re seeking an Outlets General Manager to lead three outlets at our boutique hotel. This is a rare opportunity to shape service culture, operational excellence, and guest delight across multiple high-performing outlets.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in our three‑meal restaurant, bar & lounge, and in‑room dining.
  • Ensure seamless service execution aligning with the brand standards.
  • Lead a high-performing team and staff through coaching, training, and structured systems.
  • Work with the EC to maintain consistency, quality, and communication between FOH and Culinary.
  • Drive financial performance through cost controls, labor , forecasting, and revenue‑generating strategies.
  • Accountability for inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships.
  • Uphold exceptional guest service, while resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure service excellence and team support.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop SOPs, service standards, and brand experiences.
  • Monitor guest feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support ongoing recruitment and retention to ensure staffing levels and standards remain high.
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Contribute to long‑term strategic planning as the hotel expands and evolves its culinary concepts.

Requirements / Pre‑Requisites:

  • 5+ years of restaurant or F&B leadership, preferably within boutique, or resort environments.
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets.
  • Strong understanding of Forbes‑level service expectations.
  • Hands‑on & humble. You build positive culture, communicate clearly & lead by example.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect authentically with guests & staff.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments with seasonal fluctuations.
  • Demonstrated record of elevated emotional intelligence in high touch environments.
  • Passion for hospitality, excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Compensation Package:

  • Industry leading base salary (up to 110K base)
