Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the outpatient clinical team to ensure effective delivery of mental health services.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the State.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health care, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data management practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends.
