Outpatient Group Facilitator — PHP/IOP Teams

Center For Discovery is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead groups at the outpatient level (PHP & IOP) in Shawnee, KS. The role involves de‑escalation when needed, documenting sessions, and sharing relevant information with the clinical team. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 11am-7pm, on site.
