Overview
A not-for-profit healthcare system in Terre Haute, Indiana is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to support a multi-specialty medical group and outpatient clinic network. This permanent, day-shift role focuses on medication optimization, provider collaboration, and patient education within an ambulatory care setting.
Terre Haute offers a low cost of living, short commute times, and convenient access to Indianapolis (approximately one hour away). The community is home to Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, contributing to a stable local economy and a strong sense of community.

Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly range: $53.37 – $80.06
• Annual range: ~$111,009 – ~$166,524 (DOE)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (paid at hire with a 2-year commitment)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Support providers through collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM)
• Deliver drug information and dosing support
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
Requirements
• PharmD from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible for Indiana licensure (must obtain within required timeframe)
• Residency or equivalent experience preferred
• Ambulatory or outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• New grads considered with strong clinical rotations
