Come join Inova during our time of exciting growth and expansion throughout Northern Virginia. We currently have 18 outpatient rehabilitation centers and are looking for Physical Therapists who are passionate about patient care, helping our patients get back to the life they deserve. We are leaders in the industry with state-of-the-art centers, equipment and resources.

These positions will work Monday - Friday and will need to work 2 evenings a week. If interested in working Saturdays, we can provide that too. We offer a 1:1 patient treatment model, a formal mentorship program a commitment to continuing education and personal growth. We also offer student loan assistance along with a comprehensive benefits package, career advancement and competitive compensation.

Duties
Demonstrate the essential skills in the use of treatment modalities, equipment and protocols and will perform reassessments according to state and facility guidelines, adjusting treatment plan accordingly.
Communicate effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
Adhere to department policy regarding time frame, appropriate form and content of written rehabilitation documentation.
Complete all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including pediatrics

Requirements:

Experience:

New graduate physical therapist eligible. One year of experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor of Physical Therapy. Master's Preferred

Certification:

BLS certified through the American Heart Association.

Licensure :

Virginia License required upon start.

Job Types: Full-time, PRN

Pay: $80,500.00 - $89,606.00 per year
