Hometown Restoration, LLC is currently seeking experienced Outside Sales Project Managers in the Huntsville Alabama area. Hometown Restoration is Alabama's premier roofing and home restoration contractor with a primary focus on providing a seamless process for the homeowner. With best in class customer service, Hometown Restoration aims to both mitigate potential problems with the insurance claim process while ensuring exceptional quality and artisanship at a fair price.

We offer comprehensive in office training followed by in the field hands on training! Weekly and Monthly Commission pay scale! We are a company that cares about our team, everything we do is a collaboration!

Responsibilities

∙Generate qualified leads canvassing engagement and/or sales pipeline

∙Understand, educate and inform homeowners about the insurance claims process, product & service offerings.

∙Accurately maintain records with an attention to detail

∙Possess the ability to represent Hometown Restoration and yourself with the utmost degree of professionalism and expertise both in appearance and conduct.

∙Perform roof inspections, set appointments, & generate quotes/estimates.

∙Project management: responsible for managing his/her jobs through to completion including procurement, scheduling, field management & inspection is highly desired!

∙Effectively & articulately communicate with insurance adjusters/companies, homeowners, and inspectors.

Qualifications

∙Strong verbal & written communication skills and professional demeanor

∙Must be confident, approachable, friendly, creative, self-motivated, and goal oriented

∙Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

∙Schedule flexibility - available to work nights and weekends or, as necessary during the storm season and/or during periods of high volume

∙Must have reliable transportation

∙Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time. Must be able to get on/off a roof and performing inspections.

∙Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn
