As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Shopify B2B Outside Sales Manager to join our team and drive our B2B sales strategy.

Job Description:

As a Shopify B2B Outside Sales Manager at Flipcost.com, you will be responsible for managing and growing our B2B sales channel by actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, B2B sales experience, and a passion for driving business growth. Were seeking a Qualified Sales Rep to help us better support businesses purchasing their day-to-day operation products (think: Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, coffee cups, tapes, ink for printers pretty much everything office, janitorial, and school supplies related. We sell them through our e-commerce platform and marketplaces). Responsible for marketing office and janitorial supplies within assigned territory

Job Summary:
As an Flipcost Supply Outside Salesperson, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing business clients for our office supply products and services. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for our sanitation products and services. You will work in the field to build relationships with businesses in various industries, understand their sanitation needs, and offer tailored solutions to help them maintain clean and hygienic environments. You will work in the field to build relationships with businesses of all sizes, understand their office supply needs, and offer customized solutions to help them optimize their procurement processes. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by expanding our client base and increasing sales of office supply products and services.

ey Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and other businesses.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Flipcost.com remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform and its features.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, preferably Monday.com.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
