Your Responsibilities Own the Hunt: Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and building strategic partnerships—this role is all about creating your own opportunities. Build Your Pipeline: Consistently prospect and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers, turning initial conversations into qualified opportunities. Inspect, Solve, and Sell: Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections, identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions that earn the business. Close & Convert: Confidently communicate the value of our services, overcome objections, and convert prospects into long-term Northwest customers. Develop Relationships That Drive Growth: Build strong relationships in your territory—both with customers and internal teams—to support long-term retention and referrals. Commit to Growth: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously sharpen your sales skills and industry knowledge. Work Smart & Safe: Maintain a safety-first mindset while operating company vehicles and performing inspections in the field. What We Expect From You Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction. What We Offer $36k-$40k base PLUS commissions A company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad are provided for all route assignments. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance. 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan. Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Employee discounts. Industry-leading, quality training program. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Sales experience preferred. Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid). Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments. Physical Demands / Working Environment Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity. Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
