Outside Sales Representative - $50k-$60k/annually DOE plus commissions!


This position is a direct hire opportunity!


Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our retail/home improvement client to start immediately at $50k-$60k/annually DOE plus commissions! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!


Responsibilities:


Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing new business within the construction and industrial sectors.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Deliver tailored product and service solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Guide customers through product selection and application.
  • Demonstrate active listening to fully understand customer challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver price quotations accurately and promptly.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality post-sale support.
  • Expand and strengthen existing customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
  • Oversee and manage key client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal customer service and support teams.


Location: LaPorte, IN

  • Position requires travel within a 60 mile radius


Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 7AM start time

  • Can expect to average 50 hours/week


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience or equivalent background
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree, trade school training, or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Genuine enjoyment of working with and assisting the public
  • Professional relationship management skills
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently
  • Motivated, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue additional sales opportunities
  • Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs. as needed
  • Competent in using computer programs and technology
  • Honest, diligent, and dedicated work ethic
