Lilly Roofing is seeking a highly motivated Sale Associate to join our growing team! The Sales Associate will be responsible to generating new business, building relationships with clients, and increasing overall sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be goal-oriented, and have a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business by identifying and contacting potential clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

- Work with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects and client satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Proficient in CRM and scheduling software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

*Sales experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus

*Must be able to pass a background check
