Position: Outside Sales Representative – Long Island (Suffolk County)
Location: Field-Based Territory Role - Long Island, NY
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote, Field-Based
Salary: $75k to 95k, commensurate with experience plus commission
NOTE: This is a field-based role covering Long Island. Candidates based in the eastern end of Suffolk County will be given priority.

As we continue to grow in the Long Island market, we are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative (s) to strengthen relationships with contractors, distributors, and dealer partners while expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, relationship-driven salesperson who understands the construction and hardscape industry. You’ll spend most of your time in the field — meeting with contractors, visiting job sites, and developing dealer relationships to drive product sales and brand awareness across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with hardscape and masonry contractors, dealers, and builders.
- Grow existing accounts through excellent service, regular visits, and product support.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the territory.
- Conduct on-site meetings and product presentations to educate contractors on material options and installation benefits.
- Partner with inside sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local contractor days.
- Track leads, quotes, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in construction materials, hardscaping, masonry, or building supply sales.
- Strong understanding of the contractor sales process and local building trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a field-based territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift product samples and occasionally assist with display setups
