Fuse is looking for an Outside Sales Representative. Success in this role will require a strong network and in-person relationship building within the Department of Defense.
Warfighter-focused design and development is at the heart of Fuse processes. Throughout Fuse development our experienced team applies the best practices of commercial design-think, coupled to the DoD systems engineering framework. The coupling of commercially proven design with rigorous systems engineering gives Fuse an ability to rapidly design, develop and field solutions well inside of typical military design cycles. With an Agile approach to development (for both software and hardware) Fuse rapidly innovates, putting creative concepts into action, and refining those concepts through hands on test, user evaluation, and iteration.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage directly with US DoD and other Aerospace and Defense customers to explain product features and benefits, build pipelines, and close business deals
- Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and features tailored to the customer’s requirements
- Use your sales expertise to navigate conversations and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have the following.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
