Responsibilities:
- Own the Owner Experience:
- Advocate for owners, ensuring exceptional experiences aligned with expectations.
- Build strong relationships, understanding unique needs and providing tailored support.
- Problem Solving and Retention:
- Resolve owner issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Implement strategies to enhance owner satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Bridge communication between owners and internal departments.
- Manage KPIs and OKRs related to owner success.
- Financial and Contractual Management:
- Understand owner contracts, financials, and programming.
- Coordinate with accounting for accurate financial transactions.
- Property Management:
- Conduct unit inspections to maintain property standards.
- Manage owner-expense projects like renovations and maintenance.
- Documentation and Onboarding:
- Maintain detailed owner records in CRM system.
- Train owners on platform usage and manage onboarding process.
- Sales and Account Management:
- Collaborate with Sales Team on account handoffs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new owners.
Requirements
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Transportation: Access to reliable personal transportation.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Residency: Current resident of Key West (local market) before the start date.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email etiquette, and phone conversations.
- Client Interaction: Proven track record of successful face-to-face client interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and adept at learning new digital tools.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in vacation rentals or real estate is advantageous.
