$18.50 TO $19.50 per hour

The Packager is responsible for all aspects of preparing raw materials for production processing and/or helping package finished goods to be put away into the finished goods inventory. This person must be able to multitask, provide quick responses/solutions to unforeseen production problems, and must always exhibit a professional, efficient demeanor.
Job Responsibilities
- Remove raw materials from packaging to gondolas and complies with USDA standards for handling materials.
- Fill / label / seal / palletize cartons of finished product.
- Uses TI station to label product appropriately and to complete any necessary inventory transactions and adjustments.
Education
High School education or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
- Minimal High School or GED
- 1-year experience in a Food Processing environment
- Advanced knowledge of GMP’s; HACCP Certified
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years’ experience with Meat Processing
- USDA Trained
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
