  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to plan and execute equipment installations.
  • Develop and maintain installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine equipment requirements and layout.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
  • Ensure all documentation related to equipment installation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in packaging engineering, with a focus on equipment installation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to oversee equipment installations at various locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to packaging equipment and installations.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
