Packaging Operator Compensation

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service

Packaging Operator Highlights

• Location: Mebane, NC
• Schedule: Monday – Wednesday 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; rotating Thursday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• On-site role with overtime as required to meet business needs

Packaging Operator Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of packaging work areas and maintain equipment per GMP standards
• Palletize packaged materials according to safety and quality guidelines
• Conduct visual inspections of packaged products for quality compliance
• Collect samples for quality verification per documented procedures
• Accurately complete packaging-related documentation and logs
• Prepare and stage packaging materials for production
• Adhere to all safety, housekeeping, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Packaging Operator Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions
• Strong attention to detail and effective teamwork skills
• Basic proficiency with PCs and Windows environment
• Proficiency in English with ability to read, write, analyze charts, follow simple diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic
