Position Purpose:

To do different tasks to run line efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:

· Follow GMP’s, SOP’s and SSOP’s

· Wash plastic tubs, 40# forms and fresco forms

· Wash pallets (stain steel and black ones)

· Daily clean up and sanitation while line its running.

· Perform basic maintenance tasks

· Electric and hand-operated pallet jacks

· Report missing parts or equipment damage

· Emptying trash cans and empty the bag suckers can at the end of the shift.

· Taking out garbage and operate compactor

· Plugging pallet jacks into charging station

· Daily clean up and sanitation of walls, floors, bathroom, lunchroom, hallways and coolers

· Cleaning drains following proper procedures

· Set up for 1st shift to start running

· Operate floor scrubber

· Cleaning 8610 dump valve and vacuum pump

· Cleaning shrink tunnel

· End of day sanitation procedures for each machine (8610, Koch, shrink tunnel)
