We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.Creating and implementing strategies to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria like quality, pricing, and reliability.Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the organization.Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, and resolving any issues or disputes.Leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of procurement specialists, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.Tracking expenses, managing procurement budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Monitoring and reporting on procurement performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery results.Requirements:Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.Understanding of supply chain management principles and processes.Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.Ability to lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals.Ability to identify and resolve issues related to procurement, supply chain, or supplier performance.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
