Shift: Monday - Friday ,6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Summary:
- The Repack-Label Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing tasks related to the repackaging and labeling of products.
- The role requires collaboration with the production team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
- The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows instructions precisely, and maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repackage products according to specified guidelines and customer requirements.
- Accurately label products, ensuring all information is correct and legible.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Complete required documentation and logs accurately and on time.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
Desired Skills / Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Familiarity with packaging or labeling equipment.
- Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures in production settings.
