**Job Description:**

We are seeking an energetic and reliable individual to join our team in the plastic and paper department. This position is perfect for someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to be hired permanently based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Remove products from machines
- Stack and package finished products
- Perform paperwork and quality control tasks
- Stand for the entire shift
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Bend and move frequently

**Requirements:**

- Must be reliable and flexible
- Ability to work full-time, 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM, Monday to Friday)
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
