We are seeking a Paid Media Account Supervisor Account Supervisor to join our diverse tribe of creatives, brand strategists, technologists, problem-solvers, colorists, listeners, coaches, farmers, and musicians.

While this is a remote role, you must live within driving distance of the Atlanta office for occasional meetings and team functions as needed.

As our Paid Media Account Supervisor Account Supervisor you'll be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them through strategy development, execution, and ongoing performance analysis. You’ll work closely with our talented internal teams across departments like paid media, organic, UX/UI, and project management to create and deliver integrated digital strategies that drive real success.

We’re looking for someone with a solid background in digital performance marketing, ideally with hands-on experience in platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console. If you’re someone who thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and loves helping clients succeed, this might be the perfect role for you.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Lead day-to-day client communication and manage digital performance accounts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with client goals
  • Oversee SEO and paid media campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Guide clients through reporting and results conversations, providing actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and deliverables
  • Possess an understanding of clients’ industry, goals, personal needs, and key marketing or business challenges
  • Liaise between client and internal team members, ensuring all deliverables are approached with collective alignment on client objectives
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital performance during client meetings
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to advise clients
  • Acts as the first round of quality control and assurance to ensure all deliverables are client-ready

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in an agency (or multi-brand in-house) setting
  • Proven track record in managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, with preferred hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional internal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel 10% - 15% beyond your home city; relationship-building with partners is critical to position success
  • Demonstrates abilities of top talent—must be proactive and thrive in environments where you are creating new opportunities where none currently exist
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Comfortable meeting with clients & presenting a cohesive strategy
