Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Paid Search Manager to lead Nutricost’s paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role will manage multiple accounts supporting all Nutricost sales channels, including eCommerce, Amazon, online marketplaces, and retail.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in paid search, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable performance at scale. This position is perfect for someone with agency experience who is ready to transition in-house and own paid search strategy within a fast-growing, data-driven brand with substantial advertising budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management
- Act as Nutricost’s internal expert for Google Ads, staying current on updates, automation tools, and best practices for eCommerce and retail.
- Manage multiple Google Ads accounts supporting , Amazon, marketplaces, and retail partners.
- Build and optimize campaigns to drive sales growth, ROAS, and profitability across channels using Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns.
Microsoft Ads Management
- Oversee and scale Microsoft Ads accounts to complement Google Ads strategies.
- Use testing, audience segmentation, and automation to acquire traffic efficiently and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate tracking and attribution across all campaigns.
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor and refine paid search performance to meet KPI targets and maximize ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with analytics and eCommerce teams to connect campaign performance to overall business results.
Reporting & Communication
- Own regular reporting for all paid search accounts, clearly presenting results, insights, and next steps.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on budgets, campaign structure, and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Proven success driving measurable results (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, AOV) through advanced campaign types like Search, Performance Max, and Shopping.
- Strong command of bidding strategies, automation, targeting, and attribution for eCommerce and omnichannel environments.
- Experience managing multiple accounts across various sales channels
- Analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into strategy.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, experience with Amazon Ads or feed management tools for Shopping campaigns.
