Our internship program is designed to provide real exposure to construction finance in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Internship Overview


The Construction Accounting & Finance Intern will support the accounting and finance team with day-to-day financial operations related to active construction projects. This role offers hands-on experience in construction accounting, job costing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting within a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, and data entry
• Assist with accounts receivables, including tracking billings, payments, and follow-ups
• Support job cost tracking and cost coding across active projects
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and vendor/subcontractor records
• Help organize and maintain financial records related to projects, vendors, and clients
• Assist with budget tracking and variance reporting
• Support month-end close activities and internal financial reporting
• Gain exposure to construction-specific accounting practices, internal controls, and financial workflows
• Work closely with project managers and office staff to understand how financial decisions impact the field

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data
• Interest in construction, real estate, or project-based accounting
• Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
