The Staff Pad has partnered with a specialty clinic in Marion, Illinois to recruit a Pain Management Physician for a full-time opportunity.

This is an excellent opportunity to help establish and grow a new pain management service line within a well-supported hospital environment. The position offers a balanced mix of interventional pain procedures and medication management, with strong collaboration from an experienced pain physician at a nearby affiliated facility.

• BC/BE in Pain Management required
  

• Solo practice model with collegial support
  

• Established referral base and strong hospital support services
  

• Fully implemented EPIC EMR
  

• Call coverage: 10 shifts per month
  

• Robust OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient support staff
  

• $550,000 guaranteed base salary (first 12 months; 3-year guarantee for J-1 candidates)
  

• $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment
