Paint Shop Worker Apply

For more information, visit Paint Shop Worker plays a crucial role in the pre-painting preparation and post-painting touch-up of coaches and coach parts. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces, detailing, cleaning, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing coaches and parts for painting.
- Masking and detailing coach surfaces.
- Performing body repairs, sanding, buffing, and decaling as needed.
- Cleaning and touching up finished painted coaches and parts.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a paint shop or similar environment is an asset.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
