Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter with stable work history to prepare surfaces and apply protective or decorative paint coatings on manufactured products. The role involves sanding, sandblasting, mixing coatings, and ensuring finishes meet required specifications under supervision.

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and sandblasting before painting.

• Mix, test, and apply liquid coatings according to product specifications.

• Read and follow paint data sheets and manufacturer instructions.

• Operate and maintain painting equipment, tools, and diesel-powered pumps.

• Ensure workplace safety and maintain product quality standards.

• Keep work area clean and organized.

• Support team performance and meet customer expectations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1 3 years of industrial or manufacturing painting experience.

• Knowledge of conventional industrial painting techniques.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Manufacturing/job shop experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull regularly.

• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.

• Work indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures and noisy environments.

• Comfortable working around dust, dirt, and concrete surfaces.
