Position Overview:
As a Painter/Maintenance Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with various repair and maintenance tasks across the facility, ensuring the work environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will support our team in addressing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and also handle tasks such as drywall patching, painting, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Patch holes and cracks, and replace damaged drywall.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and moldings to industry standards.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain related records.
• Complete fire extinguisher checks and ensure proper HVAC filter changes.
• Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of full-time painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to install and patch drywall, apply caulk, and paint to industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to work on call and during extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials as required for the job.
