If you love working with your hands and take pride in building something solid, this is your chance to shine. As a Pallet Repair/Builder, you'll be crafting and restoring wooden pallets using recycled materials and tools like nail guns, saws, and hammers.

What You'll Do:

• Build and repair wooden pallets to meet quality standards
• Use a variety of tools (nail guns, saws, hammers, pneumatic tools)
• Work independently to meet production goals
• Keep your workspace clean and safe

What You'll Need:

• Steel-toed footwear
• Comfort with tools and physical work
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Saw Shop Operator

Got a knack for precision and power tools? As a Saw Shop Operator, you'll be cutting and trimming wood to spec, helping keep our pallet production running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Optional Saturday hours depending on workload

What You'll Need:

• Ability to lift 50lbs and stay on your feet
• Good eye-hand coordination and balance
• PPE required (eye/ear protection, safety shoes)
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures
