Panel BuilderWe are seeking a skilled and efficient Panel Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical standards and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. This role involves wiring panel devices according to provided electrical schematics, ensuring neat and error-free products, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace.ResponsibilitiesMaintain working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC.Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.Check work to ensure error-free products.Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit to supervisor upon project completion.Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.Provide all tools necessary to perform the job function.Essential SkillsProficiency in panel building, control panels, and panel wiring.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.Experience in machine building and electrical assembly.Ability to mount components, drill, and tap.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics.Capability to layout and mount components.Skill in wiring assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists.Occasional assistance in employee development and continuous improvement.Why Work Here?Join a climate-controlled and well-lit workplace that values employee well-being and flexibility. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
