We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Boutique Manager to lead our Panerai Boutique inside Bellusso at The Palazzo. The ideal candidate is a passionate ambassador for high watchmaking, a proven retail leader, and a relationship-driven professional who can cultivate a world-class luxury client experience while driving boutique performance.
This role is an opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, elevate Panerai’s brand presence, and build meaningful relationships with discerning clientele in one of the most prestigious retail environments in Las Vegas.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of luxury sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPI performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and high performance
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, product training, and performance reviews
- Lead by example in client service, professionalism, and boutique standards
Client Experience & Relationship Building
- Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with Panerai’s brand heritage
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and collectors
- Oversee client outreach, CRM engagement, and clienteling initiatives
- Represent the Panerai brand as a knowledgeable, passionate ambassador
Business & Sales Performance
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and team execution
- Analyze boutique performance, traffic trends, and conversion opportunities
- Develop and execute action plans to maximize sales and productivity
- Partner closely with brand and corporate teams on initiatives and reporting
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily boutique operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with brand, security, cash handling, and operational standards
- Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and brand identity
- Support event planning, product launches, and brand activations
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end timepieces
- Proven track record of driving team performance and surpassing sales targets
- Strong client relationship and clienteling expertise
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Professional, polished presence and high emotional intelligence
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
