A well-established boutique law firm seeks an experienced paralegal / Legal Assistant with 4+ years of Personal Injury experience for their Hollywood, FL office. This is a long term temporary position, with the possibility of becoming perm. The candidate must speak Spanish.

Job Duties:

• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records
• Hearing, deposition, and trial preparation
• Preparing and eFiling of motions and pleadings
• Calendaring litigation deadlines
• Scheduling with JAs and opposing counsel
• Drafting of demand letters and compiling demand packages
• Reductions and negotiations

• Knowledge of pre-suit and litigation rules of procedure
• Excellent job stability
• Recent PI experience
• Experience with MS Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
