Pay:$28.00 – $33.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our collaborative litigation team and support attorneys in all phases of litigation.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on involvement in complex cases from inception through trial.
Key ResponsibilitiesCase Management & Litigation Support- Manage case files from intake through trial
- Maintain case calendars and track deadlines
- Coordinate filings in state and federal courts
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Draft and revise legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence
- Prepare legal memoranda and summaries
- Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, RFPs, RFAs)
- Organize, review, and analyze document productions
- Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence
- Assist in drafting motions (MSJ, demurrers, motions to strike, discovery motions)
- Prepare supporting exhibits, declarations, and filings
- Coordinate and prepare deposition materials
- Summarize deposition transcripts
- Assist attorneys during depositions and trials
- Organize trial exhibits and binders
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (litigation preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Experience with e-filing in California courts
- Proficiency in Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Work alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex, high-stakes cases
