Baird Mandalas Brockstedt & Federico, LLC is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate paralegal to join our Mass Tort team, supporting survivors of sexual abuse and working on environmental class actions.

At BMBF, you'll play a vital role in supporting our attorneys, ensuring smooth case progression and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Provide top-notch administrative and legal support, keeping cases moving forward.
  • Handle client communication, gather information, and assemble intake packets, making them feel cared for and heard.
  • Managing complex appointments and court deadlines.
  • Track case developments, organize files, and prepare essential documents like claim forms and discovery responses.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing depositions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials, contributing your valuable insight and skills.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Learn from leading attorneys and benefit from their mentorship and guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay ahead of the legal field.
