Paralegal Apply
Responsibilities:
- Review and open all new real estate contracts
- Input all information from contracts
- Schedule closings according to the contract
- Inform realtors of closing
- Contact buyer and seller for lender and payoff information
- Order title work from abstractor to come back in a timely manner
- Order payoffs and HOAs for files needed
- Manage calendar for closers and attorneys
