Employment Type Full-time Description ALL4 is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate legal, risk management and governance matters. This role will work closely with ALL4’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Leadership Team members, and outside counsel to help manage contracts, acquisitions support, business licensing and registration filings, real estate matters, insurance program administration, and equity-related activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity at any of ALL4's U.S. office locations. For individuals not near an ALL4 office, working fully remote can be explored as an option. Responsibilities Support the drafting, review, organization, and administration of a wide variety of commercial agreements, including tracking obligations, approvals, renewals, and amendments. Maintain and manage contract records and workflows within contract management systems, ensuring documents are complete, current, and readily accessible. Assist with acquisitions and other corporate transactions by supporting due diligence materials, organizing closing documents, and maintaining transaction records. Prepare, submit, and track business licenses, entity registrations, annual reports, and related corporate filings across applicable jurisdictions. Coordinate commercial insurance renewals and support ongoing insurance program management, including gathering information, maintaining schedules, and liaising with brokers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate commercial real estate activities including liaising with brokers and internal stakeholders to manage lease renewals, new office space leases, and ongoing management and troubleshooting. Support equity and options administration, including documentation related to issuances, exercises, purchases, and buybacks, while maintaining accurate records and tracking approvals. Partner effectively with the Executive Leadership Team and other cross‑functional teams to respond to information requests, monitor deadlines, and improve legal operations workflows. Qualifications 4–6 years of paralegal or comparable legal operations experience, preferably supporting corporate, commercial, or in‑house legal matters. Demonstrated experience with contracts and contract management systems. Experience supporting acquisitions, business licensing and registrations, and related corporate filings. Experience coordinating commercial insurance renewals and insurance program management activities. Experience supporting equity and options issuances, purchases, and buybacks. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn and use legal operations and document management tools effectively. Preferred Skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys, executives, and cross‑functional business teams. Practical understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes. Experience improving templates, trackers, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency within legal operations. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, service‑oriented approach.
