About the Role

The position involves collaboration with attorneys and staff across a large, multi‑office platform that handles significant disputes for a broad spectrum of clients nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and coordinate with external/local counsel
• Prepare and format documents, correspondence, charts, and related materials
• Review and summarize depositions
• Review and summarize medical records
• Assist with deposition preparation, including assembling exhibits and reference materials
• Support hearing prep with organized packets and required documentation
• Coordinate and track document productions
• Draft a range of discovery requests and responses

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Background in tort matters preferred; toxic tort exposure is a strong plus
