Role Description
Bucy Law, LLC is seeking a full-time Paralegal/Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the owner. This hybrid role is based in Johns Creek, GA, with the flexibility to work remotely on a negotiated basis. Responsibilities include managing legal documentation, assisting with case preparation, maintaining schedules and calendars, performing clerical tasks, answering calls to the firm, and supporting the owner with personalized assistance. This role demands an ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, including the ability to manage schedules and provide logistical support effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication abilities to interact with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders.
- Scheduling management skills, with the capability to organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and deadlines efficiently.
- Confidence in answering phone calls is required.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management and basic office tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive organizational and time-management skills to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Proficiency with office software and technology tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software).
- Experience in legal or administrative support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Associate degree or higher in paralegal studies, legal assisting, or a related field is a plus.
- Family law experience is a plus but also not required.
Compensation
- $70k-$100k depending on experience
