Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Statesville, NC. The Paralegal will provide vital support to attorneys through legal document preparation, research, document review, case management, and client communication. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, maintaining case files, conducting legal research, and facilitating clear communication with clients and team members to ensure efficient case progression and positive outcomes. The candidate should expect to work 40 - 45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and knowledge of legal processes
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong Research skills to support case preparation
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus
• Paralegal certification or equivalent education; experience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, or Criminal Law is advantageous

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $19–$26, depending on qualifications, experience, and demonstrated litigation skills.
